1. Payment Policy
All consultations must be paid in full before the scheduled appointment. Payment can be made via [list accepted payment methods].

- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.
