It is a wonderful opportunity to review your current eating habits, lifestyle, and supplements, while receiving personalised, realistic recommendations tailored to your individual needs and goals.

Prior to the consultation, you will be asked to complete a health and lifestyle questionnaire along with 5-7 days food dairy to help me better understand your current habits, concerns, and goals.

Should you later decide that you would like more in-depth support for a specific health concern, 50% of the consultation fee can be redeemed against one of my longer support packages.

The Core Foundations Program is designed for individuals experiencing health concerns, long-term or complex symptoms they wish to address, or those with a family history they are concerned about.

To fully understand your current health, symptoms, and goals, and to develop an effective therapeutic plan, we need to  work together over a period of time. A single appointment is unlikely to be sufficient to achieve meaningful and lasting change

• Food and lifestyle diary analysis
• Review of existing lab results, with recommendations for any additional tests if required

• Weekly email check-ins with progress reviews
• Supplement recommendations where appropriate
• Two 30-minute plan review sessions
• Guidance on, and interpretation of, GP and functional testing
• Supporting educational handouts provided
• 10 % supplement discount
